our residential and corporate customers. Payments made through our platform
via SSLCOMMERZ, bKash, Nagad are processed securely.
Due to the
nature of our services (Digital and Subscription-based), refunds and returns
are generally not applicable. However, exceptions may be made in
specific scenarios as outlined below.
Refunds may be
considered in the following cases:

Payment: If a customer accidentally makes a double payment for the
same service.
v Wrong
Transaction: If a customer charged incorrectly due to technical or
billing errors.
v Service
Not Activated: If the internet service is not activated within the
committed time frame, and the customer opts to cancel.
v Service Disruption: If the customer experiences continuous service issues and has not received adequate technical support or resolution within a reasonable time.
Note: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. After receiving refund request, the request will be completed with in 7-10 Days.
We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:
Change of mind after subscription/payment.
Partial use of service period (e.g., mid-month cancellation).
Service issues caused by customer-side problems (e.g., router issues, internal wiring).
Violations of our terms of service or acceptable use policy.
